1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of products and services from SSRP Solutions, a brand of SSRP LLC (Seeds Scientific Research & Performance), located at 5000 East 345th St, Willoughby, OH 44094 (“SSRP Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through solutions.ssrpinstitute.org (the “Site”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Who we are

SSRP Solutions is the commercial practice-implementation arm of the SSRP Institute. SSRP Solutions provides commercial services and operates separately from the SSRP Institute’s conflict-free educational programs. Participation in any SSRP Solutions service is never required for, and never affects, SSRP Institute training, certification, or standing.

3. The products

We sell digital practice-implementation programs — including the Practice Profit Blueprint and its packages (Do-It-Yourself, Done-With-You, and Done-For-You) — and related services. Product descriptions, inclusions, and prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Higher-tier packages include additional services described at the point of sale and may be subject to separate scheduling or a statement of work.

4. Accounts & course delivery

Purchases are made and billed here on SSRP Solutions. Course content is delivered on the SSRP Institute (ssrpinstitute.org) through a separate learning account that is matched or created using your purchase email. After payment, you will receive an email to set your password and access your courses on the SSRP Institute. Digital materials are made available promptly following payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your accounts. Use of the SSRP Institute learning platform is also subject to the SSRP Institute’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are listed in US Dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Products are sold as a one-time purchase (not a subscription) and are limited to one of each program per order.
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Refunds

Because our programs grant immediate digital access to proprietary materials and to course content on the SSRP Institute, purchases are non-refundable once course access has been provisioned, except (a) where a refund is required by applicable law, or (b) where a specific satisfaction guarantee is expressly offered at the point of sale, in which case that guarantee’s stated terms apply. Done-With-You and Done-For-You engagements are governed by the terms of their scheduling or statement of work once delivery has begun.

Effect of a refund or chargeback: if a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated course access on the SSRP Institute will be revoked. Ordinary completion of a purchase does not otherwise expire your access.

7. License & acceptable use

On full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased program and its materials for use within your own practice. Course access is intended to be lifetime for the purchased program (subject to Section 6). You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, share, or otherwise redistribute the materials or your account access to anyone outside your licensed organization, nor create derivative works for commercial distribution, nor use the materials unlawfully.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SSRP LLC and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and the program materials. All such rights are reserved. You may access the materials for your own permitted use under the license above; you may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute them.

9. Disclaimers

Our programs provide business, operational, and implementation education and resources. They are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment or advice from your own advisors. We do not guarantee any specific financial, clinical, or business result; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or continuously available. The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSRP Solutions, SSRP LLC, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSRP Solutions, SSRP LLC, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products or Site.

12. Privacy & cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect and use personal data — including the sharing of your email with the SSRP Institute to provision course access and with Stripe to process payment — and how we use cookies and obtain consent.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
