This Privacy Statement explains how SSRP Solutions, a brand of SSRP LLC (Seeds Scientific Research & Performance) (“SSRP Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use solutions.ssrpinstitute.org (the “Site”) or purchase our products. We are the controller of your personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
- Billing data — billing address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Account data — credentials and settings for your account(s).
- Transaction data — products purchased, amounts, and order history.
- Communications — messages you send us and support requests.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser/device information, and activity collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders and provide our products.
- To provision your course access on the SSRP Institute (see Section 4) and manage your account(s).
- To provide customer support and send transactional messages (receipts, access details, service notices).
- To send marketing communications where you have consented, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To understand and improve the Site, and to ensure security and prevent fraud.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide products you purchase); consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies); legitimate interests (to secure and improve our services); and legal obligation (e.g., tax and accounting records).
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and deliver our products, with providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process personal information in the U.S. If you access the Site from the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products, maintain your account and course access, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, and we obtain consent where required. Details about the cookies we use and how to manage your preferences are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie-settings control on the Site.
8. Your privacy rights
EEA & UK (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.
Colorado (CPA) and other U.S. state laws
If you are a resident of Colorado or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.

To make a request, email us at info@ssrpinstitute.org or write to SSRP LLC, 5000 East 345th St, Willoughby, OH 44094. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
