Do I have to commit long-term?
A 90-day initial commitment lets the work compound, then you’re month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No year-long lock-ins.
Who pays for the ads?
You do. Your ad budget is billed to you and goes directly to Google and Meta. Campaign management is billed at 15% of spend, with a $1,500/mo minimum, for running and optimizing the campaigns.
Is the website really HIPAA-compliant?
We build HIPAA-aware: secure forms and data handling appropriate for a medical practice, with booking integrated. We’ll align to your specific compliance requirements during onboarding.
Will the work carry SSRP branding?
Your patient-facing brand is yours. Our work is delivered co-branded “Powered by SSRP Solutions” where appropriate, a quiet mark of the standard behind it.
Do I need to be an SSRP member?
No, though members and Blueprint clients get the smoothest path, since marketing connects directly to the operations systems.
